Welcome to the Interweb

I have resisted the trend towards electronic communication for some time. "You should start a blog," "check us out on facebook!", and other comments were always met with an internal wince. But recently, I have been thinking on some subjects that are so significant that I knew it was time to join the “interweb” world. My hope is to share my thoughts with you and hopefully change the world in the process, one person at a time.
So, therefore, I welcome you to the official blog of Dr. Ben Shier and Shier Family Clinic of Chiropractic.

My goal of having this is to cover several specific topics:

• Review the most recent literature and how it applies to chiropractic practice
• Address specific complaints that present commonly to our office
• To help those that are seeking enhanced health and health infomation but may not know where to look
